We purvey the highest-quality produce from the most ecologically sound and bio-diverse farms in BC, and bring it right to your door without burning fossil fuels or contributing to urban congestion in Vancouver.
How do we do this? By partnering only with biodynamic and organic farms within an easy drive of the Vancouver area, and piggy-backing our produce orders with the farmers' trips to the farmers' markets. Once we get it, its all transported by bicycle. Good farms, efficient highway transportation, smart urban transportation.
24 Carrots Co. is not an online grocery store, nor is it a CSA. Instead, we've taken the best elements of each of these systems and combined them to give you the experience of a CSA share with enhanced flexibility for you.
When you subscribe to 24 Carrots Co., you'll always know exactly who grew and harvested your food, who packed and delivered it, that your produce was raised in accordance with the highest standards of agricultural sustainability, and that it was delivered to you with minimal environmental impact.
24 Carrots Co. aims to be but one element in a developing sustainable Vancouver food system.
